Our visit was a morning with bad roads. Some of the staff were running late but they got us taken care of in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Doctor was very thorough in his exam and explained things clearly.
Staff was polite, courteous, and prompt. The doctor was polite and straight up by what he was gonna do they all did a great job.
The staff was amazing. I could tell that they cared about their patients and they were very reassuring.
Steve, Ellie & the entire staff were fabulous!! They were all professional & at the same time very caring!! Everything was detailed to me about the procedure & the after care.
The entire staff courteous and respectful and Dr. Heckel always allocates sufficient time to explain his findings, treatment and expected outcomes.
