Great Clips

I received the worst hair cut I've ever had from this Grest Clips. I had stopped going to great clips but with a spare couple of hours in an area i'm not usually in I wanted to use the time. I get the most basic hair cut, a 4/2. My hair after the cut is all different lengths, I asked for a 2 on the back, it was done as a 4, the same as the top. Hair around ears and neck wasn't trimmed, they wanted to get me in and out as soon as possible with no care. Already had to have it corrected at another barber I usually visit.

Great place to get your hair cut. Janna and Dee are awesome. Highly recommend getting your hair cut here. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for several years.

5 stars for Janna. When I find a great hair stylist I stick with them for years. Janna has been my stylist for over 5 years. It’s a perfect haircut every time. When I arrived yesterday, there were 3 other people that specifically were requesting her service. Her service is beyond exceptional.

I have been using them for all my kids haircut and they do a decent job. Nothing really fancy but a basic haircut. Just recently I got my hair cut and styling done from Lisa . She did a great job with the haircut but styling not at all! While she started styling , she asked me again and again if I wanted to do or not since there was another customer waiting on her. When I had clearly mentioned that I need styling as well she was worried about her next customer rather than focusing on my styling! I really didn’t like that behaviour ! The kind of styling she did was not worth paying 30$ since that was so basic n I could have just gotten it by myself. There is no much customer service here, since they don’t give that personal attention to customers!

Shout out to Lisa, she has been cutting my hair for years and always takes great care of me. No question the best person to ever cut my hair. Her and Jenna are the best. I always choose this location to get my hair done. Appreciate you both.
