Great Clips

Tuesday 10am..I checked in online. Online stated 50 minute wait. The wait time was 1 hour thirty minutes... until hair dresser starting cutting my hair. As I had forty minutes to wait. Looking around the shop at the cleanliness. There was dust everywhere on the counters, computers and shelves of product sold. The carpet was not recently vacuumed ( dirt and cobwebs all under desk and baseboards dusty. The windows not cleaned on inside and out. Hairdresser did not hold a conversation just hmm hmm, no smile hardly any customer care no name tag and no see you next time. Management really needs to do some Serious cleaning and customer service training. Will be looking for another place.

I usually have a short girl with glasses and medium brown hair that does my hair but this time I had someone different, and to be brutally honest I loved having her doing my hair alot more, I wish I would've gotten names but I hope the next time I get my hair cut she's there! She was very sweet and carried on a nice conversation with me, also had a good attitude unlike the other girl. Would and will go to again. Overall it's nice place to get your hair cut!

Love the online check-in feature and that they keep notes in the system. They're always so nice and patient with my 9 y.o. son! We won't go anywhere else.

I'm not a big box corporate kinda guy but I kinda like Great Clips. Once you are in the system you can go pretty much anywhere, state to state and they can pull up your info and give you the same cut or trim as usual. I like that part. Big corporation not so much. It is what it is.

Bonnie is the best among the rest. SaIon is always nice and clean
