Star is an absolute delight. She is friendly and courteous. The shop has a wonderful vibe. She has miracle fingers I felt no pain during the process or after. My braids are absolutely gorgeous. She finished before her estimated time and even used her own "Hair juice" products which smelled amazing. You better get you some of that. She has her own line of her products. She is my new beautician. I would recommend her over and over again.

I first must say that it was a blessing to find someone that is very energetic kind well spoken and is full of joy. It was the best experience me and my son has had when it comes to getting are hair done. Star is the first person to actually care about my hair. She gave me a lot of tips on maintaining and keeping up with it. She also does an amazing job braiding my hair without it hurting or being too tight. I recommend this store before I would anywhere else.

I found this place while scrolling FB marketplace. I messaged and I received a reply very quickly. I am new to locs and I two-strand twisted my hair 3 months ago and was ready for a re-twist. I am from NYC now living in western NC and there is no locticians or braiders in the area. Star Struck Braids is 1hr and 20 mins from me. I was skeptical but I booked and went.
