Great Clips

Had the worst haircut ever. For 8 years I was in the military I had to get a fade every single week. I go in and ask for a low fade from someone who has a certification from a beauty school and she puts on one clip and runs it from the bottom of my hair line strait to the top. No fading what so ever and now it looks like I have a toupee on my head. Wouldn't go back if it was the last barber in the worl.

Julie (Julz) was fantastic. I mentioned my Dad has dementia and she immediately knew how to handle it; joked with him, made him feel comfortable, and guided him to getting a cut and wash. Hair looked great. A very special and meaningful level of customer service. TY!

This is the first time in my entire life ( I’m I have 60 years now) that a haircut has caused me so much sadness, and I feel terrible emotionally. I thought that people who work in a hair salon at least knew what they were doing. This weekend I had such a disastrous experience that today, Sunday, I still haven't recovered, and I'm still crying over the disaster of my hair. How could someone with no sense of consequence or experience cut off all my hair without any style whatsoever, and give me a total man's cut that doesn't even look right? I spent eight months waiting for my hair to be long enough to get the style I wanted, and now I barely have any hair left to fix it. We have had a great experience with Kenna cutting my 3 year old’s hair. She’s cut his hair 3 or 4 times now, and each time she has been consistent. She knows how to interact well with children to make them feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything before she does it so he doesn’t get scared. I really appreciate her, especially since we had a bad experience at the great clips in Mankato a few months ago. We’ll keep coming back to the Austin location for Kenna every time!
