Literally horrible service. Save yourself tears and a Hassle and go anywhere else. I asked for a trim with layers and a U cut at the end. I got the sharpest V cut in the back ever. Not to mention the layers were horrible, uneven and CHOPPY. I had chunks missing from my hair. I had to go get it fixed elsewhere and the sweet hairdresser was asking me if the used kitchen scissors it was that bad. How do you accidentally take chunks out of someone's hair. Heed my warning and don't go here unless you're getting a buzz cut. My hair was not to mention crooked. The stupid v cut I didn't want was skewed to the right...

Kind of pricey for always a mediocre cut. Last time my beard was left quite uneven, they skipped my eye brows until reminded- didn’t put the cover back on me and trimmed them (poorly, not how I asked) and let the hairs rain down on me. Then ignored me while I waited at the register. Typical experience here. Atleast the lady was not rude like they usually are. I tip very generously thinking it will improve the service and encounter but it never has.

I can’t wait to go in and ask them where the person who did this got their license because there is no way they looked at this and said…” yea. Charge him “. Side burns are uneven, length is uneven on the sides, the three lines across the top…please stop it right now. Let’s not forget the back of his head. Y’all dead wrong for doing this to people and still charging them. She needs her license revoked butchering peoples hair like this and still collecting their money.

I trusted the girl that cut my hair to give me a nice cut and she couldn’t be honest to tell me she took a big chunk out of the back of my hair. Manager was contacted and a picture was sent and got no response. Pretty rude if you ask me! I should contact a lawyer!

really good people, very friendly, came in their yesterday for my birthday and the one lady did a really good job on my hair. definitely worth the money, and will be coming back.
