One of the best nail experiences I’ve had in a very long time! Alejandra was very professional and friendly! She talked me through each process and gave me helpful tips on gel-x nails! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from toxic acrylic! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails!

Friendly staff and lovely place! Had our pedicures done and they were very safety conscious as well as very good at their job! Very relaxed time with massage chair and jetted foot soak as well as foot massage and polish! Would return if we lived closer!

My daughter and I came in for manicures and Brittany was fantastic. My daughter cannot wait to go back! Salon was super clean with Covid precautions in place. The ambiance is truly relaxing. Looking forward to many return visits in our future.

Shelly is an absolute gem! We were in town for a wedding and needed to squeeze in for 3 pedicures and a manicure and she went out of her way to help us! My pedicure was perfect. The space is beyond gorgeous and I loved the ambiance. Will return next trip up to Ashtabula! Make sure to make an appointment, she is a busy lady!

Shelly and all the girls at the salon are amazing and so nice! The salon is so clean and honestly the cutest place ever! I always enjoy going to get my manis and pedis done at New Lengths! I recently went in to get my eyebrows waxed, Brittany did them and I’ve never been happier with the way they look! She is amazing! I highly recommend making an appointment with them!
