Great Clips

Me an my son go to Makayla and she cuts our hair perfect I get a high an tight and she does a absolutely great job. I have been to different places but could never get it done like makayla does it i will not go to anyone else but Makayla because she is a true professional thank you an see you soon Makayla

Not sure why my original post was removed so here it is again. Mediocre haircut. When I entered the store there were 3 stylist cutting hair and I was next in line since I had registered online for a haircut. There were other customers waiting for haircuts also. As the first two stylists finished their haircuts they disappeared in the back of the store. I had to wait 15 minutes for the 3rd stylist to finish to get my haircut. Immediately after I was seated the other two stylists come out of the back and take the next customers whom they seemed to know. I did not appreciate being treated this way. Made me feel dirty.

It's always hard trying to find someone to cut my sons hair and them listen to me when I say the way his cowlick is. It sticks up some kind of bad when not done properly. I always got told, " I got it. I understand." Yet they never did, but the ladies at Great Clips truly listened and understood!!! Thank you so very much!!! Update: it's been 2 years we have been going to Great Clips, and unfortunately I we will not be returning. The "trainees" there did such a butcher job on both of my son's hair. I took pictures. I did not call for them to fix it, because I feel like it will just make their haircut worse.

I went in wanting my hair to be long on top and short on the side and back with a natural look. Instead, I got an uneven, unprofessional bowl cut. She even cut part of what i did not want trimmed. I will not be going back. She didnt even ask me what size guard I use. Hopefully I can fix this somehow cause I am in shock. I will not bw going back here, extremely disappointed.

I took my son in for just a regular short cut (the basics) and she did exactly what I asked of her and then made sure that I was happy with it . Everything went great , they were super nice and had very fast service .
