Great Clips

Loved my hair cut. Hair dresser was very professional, gave me some suggestion on how my hair could use longer feathers bs medium since my hair is so thick. Very pleased with the staff at this location.

This is a complaint/negative review in regards to a female stylist in Great Clips in Apopka of Rocksprings Rd, she’s colored brown & works upfront on the left side if coming through the door for entrance. I didn’t get a name, I was too upset & shocked to even ask. I just paid & left. Luckily I had a $8.99 coupon & that’s how much I paid. My silence of seeing the length of my hair should’ve been enough to tell you that I was unsatisfied. I have been coming here for a couple years now, you can look me up in the system, I came here because my previous stylist did the same thing as this time here, she cut more then what I asked for, what is it with stylist… not to ask or confirm about the length, previous stylist, always ask, especially when seeing such long pretty hair!!! I have been growing

Today was my second visit to this location. It was so nice to enter the shop and be greeted promptly. The shop is very clean and has a relaxed vibe. Angelina provided me with the best style I have ever had! I showed her the picture. She took time to give it a good look over and confirmed every detail I asked for. She was top very professional and took time to get to know me personally. I am extremely pleased with the results and grateful I have found my 'go to" stylist. I highly recommend this location and give five stars to Angelina! Well done!

The best part of this shop is Roscoe. He’s been cutting my family’s hair for many years. He attentive, friendly, precise and thorough. The haircuts are consistently perfect. The reason for a 4-star rating is their ‘online check-in’ is almost always incorrect on the app. It changes timing and will, sometimes be increased as time passes. We check-in and always arrive 5-6 min. later since we live around the corner and many times the time on the list has increased.
