Great Clips

This haircut shop can be booked online. It is fast, efficient, and the hairstyle is acceptable. The hairstylist is randomly assigned. Today, my youngest son got his haircut with a discount coupon and it only cost 11 USD.

the first time I came here I had long hair, bangs, and I asked for some curtain bangs and long layers. Got choppy layers and weird bangs on the side that were blunt and uneven. I went a second time to get it fixed, it was the same girl! I showed her a picture of what I wanted I said take off about 3 inches, it was closer to 5-6 inches. My hair is absolutely horrible. I asked for layers, didn’t get any besides horrible choppy THICK side bangs that almost make it look like a jelly fish haircut. I’ve been nonstop crying for hours.

Got in quick, and hair cut was quick and fine. But the stylist, I did not catch her name, but was the rudest Great Clips stylist I have had. I have always had friendly stylists and she didn’t seem to care about being there at all.

There was a decent wait time; while the automated estimated wait suggested about an hour, I only waited around 20 minutes as a walk-in! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the stylist's name, but she was attentive, answered my questions professionally, and even made suggestions. I only came in to trim the dead ends of my long hair, so my visit was fairly short, but everything went smoothly with excellent customer service.
