$900+ annual HOA fee to access a community pool area that’s 1.5 miles away from our home that’s always closed. What a waste of money and a joke of a HOA. And it’s always closed too, year round!!
1 star almost every day it's closed and the only other way to get in is jumping over the fence someone did it yesterday 8/31/23 today is 9/1/23
