As other reviewers have stated, the buildings are too close together to easily accommodate a semi truck with a full trailer backing up to them, the west facing windows in the summer doing indeed heat the building far too well for the air-conditioning systems to keep up with, And the third building in from the road is in fact below grade for most trucks. At some point, the parking lot was repaved without being ground down, so all of the dock-height-doors are in fact, not dock-height-doors. Dock height doors on the second to last row of buildings are not at the correct height so you have to fabricate a ramp which can be a pain when loading or unloading trucks. Be careful of the buildings with office space windows facing WEST, the AC units cannot keep up in the summer time and the temp in the office becomes unbearable. I rented two separate spaces over the time span of almost two years and these two things really bugged me but everything else was fine and the price was competitive.

It's basically a steelcase campus nothing exciting but if you are picking some one up make sure they tell you what letter is on the outside of the building

Came here with a condo tractor and a 53' trailer😑 It's made more for straight trucks. Not much room to maneuver.
