Grand Parlor Salon and Shave

Terra did my haircut and I love it. She's very professional, well-skilled and understands the needs of her customers. Update: I went in for a keratin treatment and followed all post-treatment instructions. I shampooed my hair after 72 hours, and immediately after the very first wash, my hair was back to being frizzy, rough, and unchanged. The treatment had absolutely no effect, and $250 was completely wasted. Terra was the stylist who performed the service. I contacted the salon to explain the issue, but no real explanation was given. I was simply told that I must not have taken care of my hair properly post-treatment, which is frustrating and dismissive especially since I use high-quality, paraben-free and sulfate-free products. I had a wonderful experience at this salon today! The atmosphere was relaxing and the music was lovely. Stefani, who did my highlights, was patient, professional, and friendly, and she matched the exact look I showed her in the picture. I absolutely love it and highly recommend her!

This weather has given me pretty severe dandruff, and while looking for a local scalp treatment I found Grand Parlor. I’m very pleased with the service I received — my head feels great and my hair looks fantastic. It was a great experience overall; I’d highly recommend it.
