I have been a client at Grand Nails for several years. I have seen Susan and Ella and could not be more happy. Ella has the shape of my nails exactly as I want them. Everyone here is friendly and professional in a very clean, pretty environment. Schedule a service you will be impressed!

I’ve been coming to Mimi for 7 years at grand nails. I always tell her she’s an angel. She really is. She’s the sweetest human. She massages me longer and better than anyone I’ve ever gone to prior. I have sent my clients, friends & family to her. They all call me after & say “wow Mimi’s great! You weren’t kidding”. She also makes my nail shape better looking than I’ve ever been able to or anyone else. Her pedicures are incredible & she’s the best for Dip/SNS nails! I get the Deluxe pedicure w gel & dip nails. She’s worth every penny. Thank you Mimi for being my angel

Very friendly service & the shop was well organized & clean. Very clean bathrooms as well. Some issues with my nails (not fully painted down sides, tech encouraged some nail art..but wasn't the most symmetrical, one unevenly shaped nail etc). These things happen and it's my responsibility to examine and speak up prior to leaving, alas, I did not, and was def less than enthusiastic when I noticed these issues on my way home bc my acrylic fill/cut down/nail art service bill was 85.00 prior to my tip.

First time I went they were great! My dip manicure lasted 3 weeks!! Second time they were sloppy looking and now most of my nails are chipping within a week. Worst of all when I asked to get a manicure at a discount the next weekend the last refused and said I had to come now. Working mom here and a manicure during the week is not possible. Lady on phone was rude and not amenable. Won’t be going back!
