Grand Nails and Spa

Very upset. The woman that did my nails was wonderful, so sweet and gentle but I think she was too ill to be working. There were a couple of woman there that seemed very sick. The woman had no energy to give a massage, my feet didn’t even get a message at all. She looked so pale and sickly. I feel absolutely horrible for saying anything because I do not want that woman getting in trouble, I just think she wasn’t feeling great. I am upset though that I still had to pay any amount of money, I have to go and get my toes redone now and have to pay more money..the manager didn’t even care to look at the toenails when I was complaining. They weren’t even filed down or shaped. I did receive a discount, but still, good customer service would be to not have the customer pay for a bad service. Simpl

I’ve been going here for a few months now and had all great experiences. Although last time I went my nails were disappointing. I will say it’s definitely my fault for not speaking up but the lady who was doing my nails seemed like she was not in a good mood or just didnt want to be there. She was pretty rough with my cuticles and the skin around my nails. Unfortunately my nails came out uneven (both shape and french tip).There is also an eyelash that was painted over one of my nails. When it was time for me to put my hands in the gel light she was pretty rough with me. The worst was my pedicure. I asked for a deluxe pedicure with gel but i definitely did not get a deluxe pedicure. no leg massage, no hot stones, no lotion, and one of my feet wasn’t even in the water when she started. When

I went in to get a redo and Jen took such great care of me! She made sure I was super happy with my nails. She was super gentle and very detailed with my nails.

Tried this salon when they newly opened and I really was not crazy about them. It was Just average service. I went again today to give them another try and I had a wonderful experience. My nail tech was kind, asked a lot of questions regarding what I wanted and did an excellent job. I will be back

I absolutely love this nail salon! Everyone is very kind and always provides great service. They pay attention to detail, make sure you’re happy with the results, and create such a welcoming environment. My nails always turn out amazing, and I always leave feeling satisfied. Highly recommend!
