Grand Nail Spa

2 of us liked our nails, we liked the teal nails and dark red ones but pink ones had stickers on them.Service was overall good but we were left sitting until we just left.

I have been going to Kim for manicures and pedicures and she is fantastic every time. I have used others when she is out and everyone is phenomenal. Also, they all seem happy to be at work, which is very refreshing. This is the only place in the area worth going back to.

Went for full face waxing. Several spots were mixed when I looked in mirror at home. The lighting is too dim and too far away (in ceiling) for tech and client to see up close. Need to get a lamp or vanity lights to make the room brighter. Also the wax is too hot- several burns on my skin the next day. They do not offer aloe or any after care . Will not return.

My first time trying Grand Nail Spa & it was lovely! I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure & it was so relaxing. From the hot stone massage, the paraffin treatment, to the products used, everything was perfect. I will be back.

I came in because I had a really bad experience at Grand Nail Spa 2. My hope was a better experience. I did not get that. 4 fingers were cut by the Dremel tool, to the point there was no denying it happened. The light used to cure the gel polish was dying and kept turning off resulting in a weird dull luster on a few nails. They were able to correct the space of the nails at least I guess.
