Worst service ever! I walked in and clearly asked for a Soak-Off and a new set. The man proceded to guide me to the first seat and had me sit. A lady walks up, greets me and proceeds to POPOFF the acrylic nails I had on. After she noticed my discomfort, she proceeded to ask again if I wanted the POPOFF method or SOAK OFF. I then reiterated that I had REQUESTED for a soak off and a new set Of Nails. The lady then continued popping my nails off and HURT my finger nails. I then had enough and walked out.

We’ve been here 7 or 8 times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff always makes us feel welcome and at home from the moment we walk in. They are very professional, take their time, and never rush the service. Their attention to detail really speaks volumes and shows how much they care about their work. Consistently great service and quality. They wont let you leave until they know you are satisfied. Highly recommend.

⭐️ 1 star I’m extremely disappointed. I came in for a simple pedicure and left with a fungal infection between my toes, something I have never experienced before in my life. Within days of my visit, my skin started peeling, itching, and thickening between my toes — symptoms I’ve now had to treat medically. This raises serious concerns about sanitation, tool hygiene, and foot bath cleanliness. A nail salon should never leave a customer dealing with an infection afterward. Proper disinfection protocols clearly were not followed. I trusted this salon with my health and deeply regret it. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before getting services here. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing — not something that sends you home with a skin infection.

First and last time visiting this nail salon. My friend and I both got gel manicures that looked like they were painted by a 10 year old. Then when it was time to check out they tried charging me for the most expensive spa option. Do not recommend. I shouldn’t have tipped 🤦🏽‍♀️.

I get my nails done consistently and I thought I would try this salon out. This was the worst experience I have had. 1. It took 30 minutes for her to soak off my nails. It never takes this long, nor should it. 2. I use my real nails and she cut my nails too short and also the wrong shape. She put tips on them and still didn’t get the correct shape I wanted after I showed her a picture multiple times. 3. She cut my cuticle and it began bleeding. It is still bleeding and hurts really bad. 4. The inside of my nails look atrocious. Please see pics. 5. It took her 2 hours to do my nails. I didn’t even do a design. I usually don’t write reviews but this was such a terrible experience. I will never go back to this salon. I paid $60 to pay for nails that look like I did them myself. Really disapp
