Absolutely love her! We had to wait a little while for our appointment to get started. She was running a little late but once she got started she was amazing. Great hair, great conversation as well. Truly a kind, good soul woman.

Originally, I had an appointment with Aita’s hair, Braiding and Weaving. I want to share my experience so others are aware! A few days before my appointment, I was quoted $220 and up, but when I arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $475, I brought my own braiding and boho hair, by the way. When she texted me 220 and up I thought she meant like $250-275. She was also 30 minutes late. During the appointment, she made comments about my hair being “long” (it’s actually shoulder-length) and “silky,” saying that it would cost more because of this. The experience felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading and she knows I drove 3 hours to see her. I ended up walking out and found a lovely hair braider next door. Grace did such an amazing job with my son’s starter locs — I couldn’t be more impressed! He’s very tender-headed, but she was so patient and gentle with him throughout the whole process. She took her time, made him feel comfortable, and the results are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

I love this place- Grace’s service is amazing; I got my micro braids (that came out so cute) and I love the fact that she includes a lunch, drink and charcuterie board just to take care of her customers. I just really wish they had a sign outside to better find the place.
