Graceful strides is positively the best service you could gift to yourself or a loved one, especially if that loved one has four beautiful legs and a heart of gold! I was absolutely enchanted when I saw Grace work on our standardbred; the intuitive nature she has for recognizing abnormal movement or pain in either a person or your horse can’t be matched. I watched her as our standardbred leaned into her adjustments, enjoying every moment of the stretches that helped him after a long trailer ride. I just had bodywork done on my horse, Opal, by Grace from Graceful Strides. She was absolutely amazing! She took the time to lunge Opal to get a good idea of what areas were causing her problems. Grace did extensive bodywork, including TMJ release (which is probably a major cause of the head tossing with the bit in her mouth). Then, after she was done with the bodywork, she lunged Opal again. The difference was incredible. Opal started with muscle knots and inflammation that I swear afterward it looked like Opal was literally deflated after the massage, and then you could actually see her smooth muscles working and veins pumping. She even helped me change a little of the way I was lunging her to get the best flexion and more relaxed movement. I highly recommend Grace for equine bodywork

After Gracie massaged me I felt all my muscles totally relax and days later I'm still feeling great! And the TMJ therapy was surprisingly immediately effective.
