I feel so refreshed! My skin is glowing. Makenna was professional, gentle, and thorough. She asked me what my skin concerns were and quickly had a plan to address them with the facial recommendations she gave me. The products smelled so good. She even gave me a neck massage while the masks were on. 10/10 experience.

Makenna performed a first class facial. I have propensity for dry skin so a facial helps hydrate and treat targeted areas. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She informed me on the various products and their benefits. She takes pride in her work and it is reflected in the final product. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

During my visit at Graceful Glow Skin Lounge, I received a plant based peel and a facial. I needed to refresh my face due to an upcoming high school reunion of 53 years! Makenna evaluated my skin and made several suggestions! I was astonished and extremely pleased with the results. My wrinkles and fine lines were smoothed! My dark circles and large eye bags had disappeared! My face was Brighter and Glowed! She also massaged my shoulders and my arms! Her touch was so gentle and I left there looking years younger! My nose hair was starting to become irritating. Makenna told me that it can be removed with a wax treatment. I have been having it removed by her almost every month since she started last summer. I breath better and I am so glad Makenna provides this service. I was out of town and had it done in another establishment and the experience was horrible! Keep up the good work.
