3 visits summer 2025 - every time the techs were so rude and treated me like I was a giant pain in the ass, not a customer paying $100 each time. Expensive fancy pedicure and twice got powder dip french manicures. They were rushing and super annoyed that my thumbs didn’t rotate to their liking. Never again going back. Do not support this horrible business — read all the reviews.

The manager is incredibly rude and as mentioned in other reviews applies harsh tipping tactics as you check out. I always tip at least 20% and one trip had very poor rushed service and left 15% and he took issue with me. The next time I went in he told the masseuse not to give me a massage during the manicure…sounds petty and it is but I for sure will not be going back. The female staff seem afraid of him and he treats the clients poorly.

liz did a beautiful gel extension set for me. amazing attention to detail. made sure everything was how i wanted it. i’m so happy with them! updated review - not going to remove a star because im still happy with the overall service and with my nails. the male manager seems off to me. all of the nail technicians are very professional, but he gave me an uncomfortable vibe and strange dynamic with the others. Weird while running the desk and pressuring about tipping.

Nice place, polite personnel, great service, clean. They offer a variety of spa pedicures & manicures.

First i choose to do French tips , the girl may was new she did them bad but the manager come to her and she was telling her to change this and this guiding her ! me i was quiet just saying that's okay to don't embarrass-that girls she was nice !!! They ended up did what the manager told her after i finished went to pay before i was taking back my change she was telling me how much tips money you're giving( very rude way). i pay her walk out. say never go back bit because they are close to my home-- I say forget i about it ! after 2 weeks i went back to remove them!! I swear that she drill my nails till she took my natural nails i need to go to the dermatologist to treat them!!!!!!!! Same thing again i was walking out my nails was hurting sooo bad she was talking about tips cash...
