Grace by Claire nail Salon and Spa

I used to love coming here, always quick and nicely done nails. Today i got a fill and the older lady doing my nails just did absolutely not care about my nails. The shape is different on every nail, not to mention theres nail polish all over my fingers, and worst of all i left with my fingers bleeding. The lady did not care that she was filing my literal skin down and i kept saying ow multiple times, she saw that there were cuts from her and kept going, worst of all she still charged me full price and the nails look pretty bad.

I have always had an excellent experience coming to this salon and love that they make a point to remember and acknowledge return customers. Claire’s work on my nails is unmatched and the natural nail underneath has always been strong and healthy. I will always recommend Grace Nails to anyone who asks!!

I’ve been coming here off and on for about 3 years now. I used to really like it but within the past year, I feel like they rush through my nails and don’t really care that much. For starters, I came in to take off my old set and put a new one on. After soaking in acetone and drilling the old gel down, there was still a lot more left on my nails before they put new acrylic on, even after I pointed it out and asked for an extra soak. The painting was rushed right through, without giving the full length to cure in the light so there are lots of bubbles in my nail polish. I got some gems applied and the application was very rushed and all the extra glue was left on the nail so they very bumpy and bulky. Overall I’m disappointed in how the service is now vs how it used to be :(

Very nice pedicure, I was a able to get in quickly without an appointment even though it was busy. They used both a base coat and a top coat which many places don't do. I was able to find an OPI color I liked which is my preferred brand of polish. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If you do make an appointment at least one day ahead for a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday they will give you 20% off all services. I will be back.

I have tried to give this salon several chances and I have been extremely disappointed everytime. The shape and length of my nails have never been consistent during a visit and the color I select is always different on the nail. Not only have my nails looked awful, the salon is always dirty, and disorganized both visually and operationally. I would never recommend this salon to anyone unless they enjoy over paying for poor quality, bloody cuticles, and going back to get their nails fixed after they break. Aside from the service and salon it’s self, I will say that the staff is always friendly.
