She is such a sweet person and made the whole appointment so comfortable. She let me watch my own Netflix shows and was very gentle throughout — no pain at all. She did exactly the style I wanted and took her time instead of rushing. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I’m really happy with my hair and would definitely come back!
