I got my eyebrows done here they do a okay job but i started notice they are too busy watching dramas on the tv they end up missing hair needs to pluck from the eyebrows just a advice to the owner please when u you have a customer have ur tv closed. Thanks

Warning! Do not go here. I used to go here to get my eyebrows threaded. They weren’t too good but I didn’t know where else to go at the time. My last visit was absolutely horrible, it was a little while ago and I wish I had done something at the time because it still comes to mind to this day. I called them and asked if they knew how to apply false lashes, the woman on the phone hesitated but spoke to someone else who was near her in their language before telling me yes they do that and so I told them I’d be right there. I showed up and she told me to go to the first chair, she then proceeded with opening the eyelash glue and next thing I knew she was squeezing it out on my naked eye. Got my eyebrows fixed there and the hijabi woman who did them was very kind and got them done super fast. I usually hate getting them done, but she did them in like 5 minutes.

I went to this salon on September 8th and the lady that was working there on that day was just horrible. She was impolite, rude, and charged me extra. The service was just horrible, just horrible. Her attitude made me want to just scream at her and leave without paying. My daughter went to go wax her underarms and she applied cold wax. She didn’t even bother to check if it was hot until my daughter told her. At first she said it was $15 and then after she said because there was a lot of hair she will charge $20. Like excuse me, who in the world charges $20 for underarms. In the car my daughter showed me her underarms and they were bleeding and all red and it was extremely painful. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Honestly the absolute worst threading place ever. Every time I have gone there they made my eyebrows way to thin. Even after telling them all I want is to clean them up a bit. No shaping or anything. This is also not with one of the workers but with each and every single worker in there does not know how to thread eyebrows. Save your eyebrows and go somewhere else.
