We purchased a tea set that was loosely packed in a cardboard box and covered with tape so you couldn't inspect the set. When we got to our vehicle I pulled the tape and plastic wrap off the top of the box so I could pack the tea pot better for the ride home and discovered the pot had been broken and glued poorly but it was packed in a way we couldn't see the damage. We assumed the workers would understand and make it right but they actually fought us on the return (again we just paid a minute before) and said they don't provide returns for these items. We didn't end up getting a refund, just an in-store credit voucher with an expiration. Terrible way to treat customers and a very scammy way to run a business.

Lots of variety. Though in my opinion some things were way over priced. They do offer some good deals when they are trying to knock down their supply. Goodwill needs to practice better daily pricing, not just their clear out prices. No matter the brand or condition. Other then that decent service as long as you don't point out their over pricing.

Had a so so experience. I've noticed that the prices at goodwill just keep going up and up. Went in yesterday with my grown daughter. An employee named Caroline (?) Followed us around and asked us repeatedly if we were ready to check out. We were not. And it was obvious that we were still shopping. When we did finally get up to the counter, she was super salty and short with us. When we left the store, she LOUDLY stated "ill get your cart for you" in a sarcastic tone. (Mind you, we carried all our items out of the store.. cart never left the store)We did nothing, i repeat NOTHING wrong. We were respectful shoppers that bought $70 worth of product. We will never be going back to that store. We left feeling like we did something wrong and were COMPLETLY unwelcome there. I get that people
