Varju is professional and gave an amazing deep tissue massage. She definitely takes her time and the massage is relaxing,not painful. It was exactly what I needed. The acoustic heated energy table I played on after was perfect! Thanks Varju!

My acupuncture work with Brittany has been stellar, addressing a number of issues. She is thoughtful and carefully listens to what I need. The new space on Koch street is peaceful, clean and organized around a variety of modalities including an infrared sauna, massage room and a peaceful acupuncture space. I booked an appointment and showed up on time with my son sleeping in his stroller. Only when I arrived was I told that children were not allowed in the treatment room, and the staff even asked if “someone was coming to pick him up.” Obviously not—I had driven all the way there with him, and if I had known this in advance, I never would have booked. This policy was never communicated in advance, not verbally, not in the paperwork, not in any reminder emails. Springing it on customers at the door is completely unacceptable. I wasted time, gas, and energy arranging this appointment only to be turned away. If you have rules like this, clearly state them during booking and in writing, so people don’t waste their time.
