They are incredibly talented and consistent, and I always leave with a haircut and style that I absolutely love. They take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair. One of the things I appreciate most is how welcoming and professional they are. Every appointment feels comfortable and relaxed, and they treat their clients with genuine kindness and respect. Shelley is especially personable and funny, and she always makes the time enjoyable. After posting my initial review, I received a text message from this business telling me to “never come into my place of business and cry like a baby again.” I’m honestly shocked a business owner would speak to a client this way. I’m sharing this so others know what kind of treatment they might receive. I’ve been coming here for years and the haircuts have always been good. Unfortunately my last visit left me uncomfortable. There was quite a bit of gossip and negative discussion about clients and former employees during my appointment, which didn’t feel very professional. I believe clients should feel relaxed and respected during their service.
