Great experience, loved the way the vibration bed combined with the sound regulated my nervous system and allowed deep relaxation. I felt rejuvenated after, like I had gone on a deep meditative journey. Highly recommend. There are different programs to do, depending on what you need to work on. The space is beautiful, too.
