Good Foot Spa

This place is good for a nice relaxing time after a long day on your feet. I get the 60 minute foot reflexology soak with the shoulder/arm/hand/foot and leg massage. I really like the way they use pressure point targeting for the head massage as well. You cannot beat the price here- $20 bucks for 50 minutes. They set the timer for 30 minutes and do the massage first then once it goes off the foot soak is for 20 minutes. It's not a full hour how the groupon states but i really don't care since they do a great job. Room is nice and quiet, the lady who owns this establishment / works here is really polite and created an environment for me to unwind. I got a gift certificate and gave this place another try. Nancy the owner was very good what she does. I called before they open and they answered. I asked if I can come over the same day within a couple of hours, it was a Monday so I am assuming they are not so busy. I came in and there was nobody in the front desk. I knocked and saw the lady sleeping and it was the owner who happens to be Nancy the massage therapist. I think scared her a little bit when I knocked. She Immediately took me inside, I told her what I wanted and mentioned that I brought my own towel and lotion. She did not have any problems with that which was great. They should change their name to GREAT foot spa because I really had a great experience here. Clean Facility, Nice reclining massage chairs. The masseuse had wonderful technique and provided terrific foot reflexology. Highly recommended if you’re in Schaumburg

I recently visited this location and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who spoke very limited English. When I mentioned my Groupon, his body language was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. The facility was empty, poorly lit, and gave off an uncomfortable atmosphere. A woman eventually came out from the back after hearing someone had walked in. The massage itself was not relaxing, and as other reviewers have noted, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke—seemingly coming from the individual performing the foot massage.
