I called requesting a haircut. It took the owner over 24 hours to return my call. I was trying to inquire about her availability. She rudely and abruptly ended the call. Horrible customer service. I'll cut my own before I allow someone to disrespect me like that. Where are decent manners these days?
Janice takes her time with you and I always get a great cut and style. If you're looking for a new hair salon, I highly recommend Golden Touch.
