Just tried this place for the first time with my aunt. We both got a full set for Thanksgiving. Great job top to bottom. I asked if they could be very gentle and avoid my cuticles altogether and they did a great job and also didn’t over file my nailbeds, which are also very sensitive. Everything in the salon looked very new, clean and sanitary. We made an appointment already for our three week fill.

Don’t understand the bad reviews, my manicure came out perfect and I feel like the pedicures are better than some other places around, my nail techs were also very nice :-)

Omg such a horrible place. Went to go there today to get a simple cuticle clean. Then when I get there I had to wait 20-30 minutes but then I was rushed and was done with the cuticle clean in less then 10 minutes. Not only that but the lady nipped me with the cuticle nippers, which caused my ring finger on my left hand to bleed and left a lot and I do mean a lot of cuticle still on my nails. Then the lady who spoke bad English demand a tip, only gave $1 which I should have got all my money back (cuticle clean was $10) but then said to me not my fault I cut you not my fault no no. Really?! Well yea it is your fault because you rushed the job, made me bleed, left so much cuticle behind on my nails. They are also so mean and rude there but get in your face and demand a tip. I went to this nail salon to get acrylic gel tips and a regular pedicure. I think the pedicure came out great and the gentleman who took care of my feet was very gentle and precise with his work. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my acrylic nails. I showed a reference picture of what I wanted and it was slightly similar in design but the execution was poor. The technician cut my skin on one of my fingers (over and over), the green gel polish took four coats to show even color, and I don't think the French manicure style I wanted was achieved. I've been here on other occasions in the past and it seems like things have changed based off other reviews. Concern Regarding Discriminatory and Unprofessional Service I visited your nail salon recently and was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I sat waiting for approximately 10 minutes before anyone addressed me, despite having been asked briefly what service I needed. During this time, another customer—a white woman—walked in and was immediately welcomed, asked what she needed, and guided to choose a nail color.
