My first experience was about 8 months ago. Medications made me lose a lot of my hair. I was very afraid to get my hair colored. I speak just a little Spanish but Ms. Lolita knew exactly what to do. I was overjoyed with the outcome. So much that I am returning tomorrow. Everyone at the salon was very welcoming and a little hot espresso was the cherry 🍒 on top. I am driving 2.5 hours to see her again. That's how happy I was with my first experience ☺️

About a month ago, I accidentally sent this business $560 via Zelle. When I brought the mistake to Arecelis Ulloa's attention (she's the Registered Agent), she replied and said, "Hello sorry just read this I will return the money give me till the end of the day this will be resolved." This was on September 20th, 2024. I'm currently undergoing treatments for Crohn's disease, which are very expensive, so $560 is a lot of money for me right now. I've reached out and followed up with Arecelis multiple times, and I haven't heard back since she said she was going to return the money. I also explained to Arecelis why I needed the funds, so the fact that she's keeping the money and not returning it speaks volumes about her character. I wouldn't trust this business to do anything.

Great service!! The service is smooth and straightforward. Me encanto todo. My hair was frizzed with split ends. Lolita transformed my hair through the products and cut into a vibrant, healthy-looking style!!

Not happy at all I went with my hair light to do a brown Color and end up coming out with black hair I am so frustrated Not happy at all my hair. It's so burned.

I really like the service and the atmosphere this business brings. They are great at their craft and I really am satisfied with the service.
