All of the tech’s skill set here are top notch every year. They were also open and happy during the snow storm this week in February. I highly recommend Henry. I had a gel builder fill, reshaping, and polish change.

I’ve recently started getting my nails done regularly at Golden Nails and they have done a wonderful job every single time. Their customer service is so good and they are very welcoming!! I went today and got a design on my nails, which I’ve never done before. I am so impressed with how good these turned out.

The wait was forever, they stuck me in a chair and forgot about me. A female employee sat in front of me and clipped her nails, filled out papers and then got up. When I was finally seen by a male employee, he didn’t take off my previous acrylics like I asked. He was annoyed and said it was fine. My old nails are dark blue and I wanted light pink. You can imagine how it went. My nails look awful. Waste of my $50. Better customer service and quality is needed. I can’t see how this is so highly rated. Update: I called and Jason was really nice, but I’m still not sure I want to let them fix it. My nails chipped in less than a day, not really surprised. Howie is amazing! At first I was so skeptical about coming here because of all the bad reviews, but the only day I can get my nails done is Sunday Golden Nails & Spa is one of the only places open on Sunday. The first time I went three weeks ago, Howie did a pink ombré nail on me for engagement photos (which looked so good) and when I tell you my nails lasted… they lasted. I work in a factory, so I was expecting them to break or pop off, they didn’t do either of those things. They lasted for three weeks! Today when I went in, and showed Howie a picture of what I wanted and he made it happen. He even asked if he could make a change to what I had suggested and it made the nails look sooo much better than what the picture had showed. Will definitely be making an appointment for my next fill!

Tony did a great job. He got me in quick, the place was clean and he did a great white set with chrome. I will definitely be going back. I am so pleased with the whole experience! Edited to say that over the weekend I had a nail break. I came in and Tony fixed it without charging me. I still tipped him, but he wasn’t going to charge. He did a great job! I am very pleased and he will 100% be my new nail Tech.
