I have been going to Emily for about a year. She makes the experience so amazing! These are the best nails I’ve ever had. I always look forward to my nail appointments. Emily always listens to my suggestions and is more than happy to accommodate any request that I have. The shop is always extremely clean and this is the first nail shop I have ever been to where I did not leave with bleeding cuticles. It is truly top-notch service!

Every time I’ve gone here, the experience is awesome and I always learn something new about nails. I always ask for Emily! She knows what’s best for your nails and only wants best for YOU. Using the right and legal product is a huge factor, and they know what they are doing. It can be on pricey side BUT it’s definitely worth it with the amount of effort that is put into the prep of the nails and how well executed the art is. She does her best to give me exactly what I want, and she does pretty dang good if I’d say so myself! 😇

I had a head spa at Lotus today. It was LOVELY. Very relaxing and my hair feels so soft. It was a calm and pleasant atmosphere and staff were professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had my first appointment with Shay today. Shay is truly amazing at what she does. She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and always makes sure my nails turn out exactly the way I pictured them. My nails came out beautiful — clean, smooth, and exactly how I wanted them. For a first visit, she definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
