I loveeee coming here! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the people here are genuinely kind and accommodating. It's one of those hole in the wall spot that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Vivian is my favorite!!! She's incredibly skilled at what she does and always takes the time to make sure my nails turn out exactly how I want them. Every detail is perfect, and I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of. I get waxed from Vivian and she always does them so clean and I always feel so comfortable with her :) What I appreciate most here is that you don't have to be shy about asking for what you want - they're never annoyed or dismissive. I didn't like the service here because they are rushed and take in clients even when they're too busy to attend to then and the wait is long, the lady who did my pedicure hurt one of my toes, the end result isn't the best.

I've been going to this place for about 12 years and I was never disappointed. Lili does my pedicure and she takes her time to do it gently and the right way. Peter is very professional and he always does a great job on my nails. I know they are always busy because they are good and very friendly and that's why so much people goes back all the time. They are very clean and I don't mind the wait if I am getting a good service.
