Unfortunately, my husband had a very disappointing experience here. The massage felt rushed and lacked effort, as if the therapist wasn’t truly interested in providing quality care just in collecting payment. To make things worse, he was pressured to leave a tip and felt uncomfortable during the checkout process. The situation was made even more awkward by how the young girl at the front desk handled it. We had hoped for a relaxing and professional experience, but sadly, this was not the case.

The massage was amazing, I did the one hour full body massage. The environment was clean and the staff communicated well. I would have given 5 stars, but it is not so peaceful as you can hear the person in the next room(who was very loud) and the NYC chaos outside.

Let me start by saying they are very nice and the massage was good. The place is clean. However, not very relaxing as you can hear every single thing going on outside and in the other rooms. The massages take place in kind of like booths with curtains kind of like a hospital emergency room. I wouldn't be able to get a massage in an emergency room lol so I really wasn't able to really relax here either. I did try and the girl was really nice. So overall, I won't be going back but if someone needs a massage as an emergency, like a stiff neck or something, it does the job. Hope this helps.

Good professional massage - mediocre ambiance … Considering the reviews I had low expectations for this place however it’s conveniently located so I tried it anyways. The massage was great! Masseuse was receptive to my feedback and I felt great when I left due to them hitting all the right points. However, all the beds (rooms) are separated by half walls that don’t reach the ceiling, so you can hear everything. The staff call out to each other aloud which doesn’t help with the noise issue and subsequently kills the ambiance. Conclusion. I would go back, I just wouldn’t recommend if you want a full immersive “escape from reality” type massage.

Had a great experience! Went with a friend for a girls day out and took advantage of their weekend special for a couples massage. The two people that gave our massages were Carrie and Ling and they were so good and attentive. Genny was also very nice. We had such a great time and will be going back. Nice and quiet and great location.
