The first time I went, everything was fine. Today, I had an appointment for 10am when they open. I called a few days ago to specifically ask them is it better to schedule an appointment instead of just walking in or does it matter? I was told yes, making an appointment is best. So I did. So my son's appointment was today, they had me sign him in on the "Walk In" list and there were only 2 barbers who were already working on clients. After 45 minutes, the barber who was in my view (the other was in the back somewhere) said he had an appointment to take first and put another client in his chair. I told him I had an appointment too and he said something that didn't even make sense to me. Like do they schedule multiple people at the same time? If so that's dumb. It was our first time being here and we loved it . Our barber Jose did an awesome job. Im very satisfied with his work. I will definitely come back to him.

The most painful haircut I've ever had. I was cut multiple times with what could easily be described as a box knife. I have razor burn in the back of my neck, and he rubbed a wipe around my neck that stung like hell. I highly recommend you ask if a customer is okay with products before spraying it onto their hair without consent. This guy will never see me again.

Trunks is a great barber. I helped him get his licenses as a volunteer model. He knows what he's doing. Would highly recommend! 💯👌🏽

Trunks did my son’s haircut twice already & it looked amazing both times. I really appreciate that he takes his time & he pays attention to detail. Honestly the best cut my son has had in a while!
