As a guy with medium-length hair, they totally destroyed my hair. He went in really deep with the thinning scissors and took out big chunks. I had to go to another hairdresser to have it tidied up and even then it's still going to take a few months to get back to normal. These guys are fast and cheap. I guess it would work well for a buzz cut or very short hair. If you have longer hair then I would advise to spend more somewhere else and save the heartache from having your hair destroyed.
