Golden Bella Nail Bar

I was less than satisfied with the fill and gel polish that Lindsay applied. Very pleasant people, but poor quality nail service. The nails are all bumpy and uneven, and the gel polish has crimped, bubbled up on one nail, and began to peel. This occurred within a day of my getting them done! She said it’s because they weren’t dry. Not the case. Im 53, and I’ve been doing acrylics and gel for years, and it’s not because they weren’t dry. 😒 This is not a good quality nail fill and polish application. It would also be ideal not to have a dog on the premises, running back and forth in the facility. Very unprofessional!!! He wrapped his leash around both my legs, outside the door, and nearly tripped me in the snow. I expect to relax a little when I go to a salon. Not my experience here.

Beautiful work! Sydney and her husband were so funny and accommodating. Travelling on our way home from the OBX, my mom and I stopped to get our nails refilled after having a hard few days with losing our beloved dog. We were cheered up in the best way. Sydney replicated my inspiration picture to a T and was very efficient! I will be back as the salon is close to my college, West Liberty!

I visited this salon as a walk-in on January 22nd around 5:15 PM for a pedicure. Unfortunately, the technician was very rough, and the service resulted in open wounds on the skin underneath my toes. I first realized something was wrong during the service when alcohol was sprayed under my toes and it caused significant pain, which is not something I have experienced during past pedicures. Afterward, I noticed the skin was broken and sore, raising concerns about healing and the risk of infection. I have had many pedicures before and have never experienced this. I reached out to the salon directly to address the issue but have not received a response. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves technique and customer care moving forward.

I went with 2 family members, we were the second customers of the morning yet i was rushed. My deluxe pedicure was no deluxe, and i have a sore toe from either careless cutting or not cleaning/cutting correctly. My fingernails do not even look like a manicure was attempted, and my polish chipped within 24 hours. fortunately my mother had good results, we spent $60-$100 each for three of us. will not go back.

First time getting my nails done in four years, the lady and her husband both took care of me and did amazing. Will go back. Highly recommend
