The store at the Highlands was well stocked with lovely displays .The two associates I interacted with were very friendly & helpful. One of my favorite things though was the little sink where you could wash your hands to try out the handsoaps!

The manager is amazing, her name is Amy and she's the sweetest. I've never felt more welcome to an establishment then this one. Great Job Amy can't wait to see you again at my next visit! 🫰❤️

The last few times i have been in this store has made me decide to go to any other location but this one. One of my visits the salesperson approached me five times about if my daughter and I needed assitance and seemed to be offended that i had no need of an offered basket. I have never felt like i was considered a thief, but i did this day. The most recent visit the salesperson seemed to be upset that we were talking about getting another of an item that was half off than the free item that we were probably going to also get. I have worked retail for several years and i understand you have to be vigilant and aware of what is going on, but i shouldnt have to tell you five times im ok. And i have enough of a thought process to understand when i should take advantage of a free item.

the woman with pink hair was pretty rude to me. she made me uncomfortable the entire time i was there, making facial expressions like i was inconveniencing her. i’ve never had an issue with any employees here EVER and ive been coming here for years. they’ve always been super understanding and helpful, this woman killed the vibe entirely and i wont be coming back. thank you!
