If I could give zero stars, I would. Ines has done my hair for a while and I’ve never had any issues until Tuesday. I came in to get my hair done and I left with hair I did not want, as well as damaged hair. I made the mistake of paying her but I thought since she was always kind to me, I could go to her about the issue later. I was wrong. She said the only solution is she can put toner but after I found damages in my hair, I just wanted a refund. (Where she bleached to make highlights, the strands are ripped from damages). She then accuses me of cutting my own hair just for a refund because they use the “best” products so it’s not possible for my hair to be damaged. I love Maria she gives great hair cuts. I showed her a picture and she did what I showed her. Also, I didn't have to tell her what kind of hair I have. She told me herself what she observed and told me "you have this kind of hair..." So I was impressed about that. Also she is really friendly.

Maria is so Profesional, kind, friendly, and did my hair as I ask her. First time ever for me to find someone to know what is doing. Thank you so much Maria. 💜
