Very very nice person, excellent service and very patient. Also very helpful. She gave me advice on my hair none of the other 4 beauty salons gave me when I had asked. I was always sold something to help with my hair loss. Turns out that was probably causing more harm than good. She was amazing, sincere and even gave me instructions for better hair care. My daughter loved her experience too. Much better than our usual and we were able to walk in. Definitely our new place to go.

Chayo was able to get me in quickly without me having to wait. I wanted a short haircut and kept asking, until she got the length I wanted. Super friendly.

My hair looked horrible, crooked, I'm going to have to cut it somewhere else short to save my hair, which was almost to my waist. I do not recommend
