This place is the best. Ashley is a a true master of her craft - and super warm and welcoming. I did a terrible job telling her what I wanted, but she patiently worked through it with me, provided some options, then absolutely delivered. The service was amazing, the ambiance was perfect, my hair looked SO GOOD walking out, and the price was beyond reasonable (plus no secret add-ons or attempts to upsell). Very happy with the entire experience and cannot recommend Gold on Grand enough.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Gold on Grand! Amanda was absolutely incredible she took my red hair and transformed it into a rich, dark brown that I’m completely in love with. She’s not only talented but also so sweet and wonderful to work with. The whole process felt effortless and enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Amanda if you’re looking for someone who really listens and delivers amazing results!

Michael styled my wedding hair! Absolutely nailed the assignment. 👸🏻💐 I wanted Art Nouveau styled hair-- flowing natural loose curls/waves, hair down, botanical accessory or element. See photos-- Michael accentuated my natural curl pattern in a wash/scalp cleanse/ curly girl style. Then he secured a very special 1990s silverpaste tiara with an amazing technique. It held in place all night, even though the tiara had no hair combs. Magical technique 🪄👑 He rigged out the tiara with some heavy duty bobby pins, hair bands, and tied a beautiful delicate bow in the back. 🎀 it looks like it's just floating in my hair, and felt weightless, no snags or hair tears. Michael was so pleasant to work with-- he was patient, thoughtful, generous, calm, excited to figure out exactly what my hair needed.

I made an appointment for a haircut in advance, arrived five minutes before the start of the haircut, but I was asked to wait 15 minutes, since the master was busy and had not completed the previous work. I was offered free drinks for waiting. I was accepted and given a haircut. At the end, when the master finished the work, I realized that my haircut was crooked, that is, the left side was longer than the right. I politely asked to correct it, but there was no result, I asked to do it again. more or less leveled. I didn't have a complicated haircut. I just asked to remove a couple of centimeters of length, I have a simple straight haircut. I paid 80 dollars
