Great selection. The staff was very knowledgeable on products. My husband and his barber are regular customers and the staff have been professional towards them.

Extremely rude manager, I politely asked for restroom key and he got an attitude. He was an Old short balding Asian man. I stopped in just to see what they had. Instantly walked out. Lacking professionalism, rude, and can't communicate properly. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

Horrible experience, and the craziest thing is I've been coming here for years for the same type of hair. I've moved and still drove back over here. Unfortunately, I grabbed the wrong curl pattern and just came back to exchange it. I could verify all my transaction history of the purchase at this beauty supply. However they wanted the receipt but because I'm a faithful customer I asked. Hey this is your product. It's right here. You guys can't exchange it. I was told no and she walked off and act like I was no longer there. So I asked for the manager. She told me I don't know when he's coming back. The disrespect and the rudeness and I felt not valued as a long time customer. I know they don't care because they have a plenty of millions of black women that are coming into this store but I

I love this hair store. They always have really good deals on braiding hair. This is the only place I've found so far that has what I use on my hair in store and it's always stocked.

This place has a wide selection for hair, hair care, beauty and costume jewelry. The prices are reasonable. The staff could be a bit more friendly and accommodating, but they were adequate.
