This location is wonderful. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. The manager helped me trouble shoot my payment very patiently. The facial was so relaxing and revitalizing and at the same time informative in terms of my skincare. I was definately glowing when I left. Five stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Glow Up is Real – Ask for Pamela! I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at Glowbar! From the second I walked through the door, everything was perfect. The check-in process was completely seamless and set such a relaxing tone for the rest of the visit. But the true highlight of my appointment was meeting my aesthetician, Pamela. She is absolutely superb! She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining every step so I knew exactly what was happening. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which completely put me at ease. Beyond her technical skills, Pamela is just a joy to be around—she has such pleasant, great energy and is a total wealth of knowledge when it comes to skincare. I had an amazing facial with Treasure! She was awesome from start to finish and made me feel so comfortable. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their skin. Highly recommend!

Don't come unless you enjoy frantically washing your face in trough like section with nowhere to even take your coat on. Then you have very little choice of what things to actually add into your facial. Most of the 30 min will be spent under some weak red light, it won't even be active time spent on your face. Your credit card will be charged randomly and there is zero response to customer support emails. Good luck canceling this membership!

I went to treat myself for once, and Jessica at the Upper East Side location was wonderful! She was so gentle and comforting — her hands were incredibly light, and she focused carefully on the congested areas. The extractions were thorough and you definitely get your money’s worth. Since it’s only a 30-minute service, it’s not a full-face treatment, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. It’s a bit outside my usual beauty budget, so I may not go regularly, but I’d definitely recommend it if it fits yours. Ask for Jessica — she’s amazing!
