GLOW ME & NAILS

I know pictures are worth a thousand words, so I don't rely on explaining myself, especially when there's a language barrier. The photo to the left was the inspiration I brought in. I told my manicurist, I wanted the exact shape length and color. My nails were short, so I expected her to extend all of them. Yet, I don't like GelX because the pre-formed nails never quite fit the shape of my nail bed. I explained to the front desk person who spoke English fluently that I want hard gel sculpted extensions instead of GelX. I expected that he put me with someone who knew how to do hard gel extensions. As she began the manicure and extended, one of my nails, I was reassured that we were on the right track. I come here often, but this particular time a lady by the name of Bee Did my pedicure and Now my big toe is so sore on the side and slightly red. I think she was picking too much inside of my toe, I said ouch and she stopped, but this is the end result. My toe is so sore. I called to tell them about it, nothing was done about it. They asked me to send pictures and never got back with me. I was given an appointment to come in today for a complementary, #Warranty nail fix, staff was pleasant and attentive as usual. Everything went well this time. I have some slight pain, but I feel like I’m relieved from the pain I felt before. I was also given ointment for aftercare. I was also told the staff are going to do with follow up with me. I have no complaints. Everything went well thank you again

This is hands down the BEST nail salon I have ever been too. It was my first time going here and the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly! I was thoroughly impressed. Not to mention the nail tech who did my nails was absolutely amazing! I got a gel x manicure and she was so precise and double checked placement and everything and even cleaned up the nails. the quality of their workmanship is amazing. The price was even better! I have now found my go to nail salon and will DEFINITELY be returning! :)

I visited earlier today and, honestly, I didn’t feel very welcomed during my time there. I came in hoping to enjoy myself, especially since my mom previously had a negative experience, but I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I work in the service industry myself and understand how challenging it can be, but unfortunately I still didn’t feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I understand that prices vary, but the increase for a French tip was unexpectedly high, to the point where I ended up settling for a plain base instead. On top of that, I was accidentally cut twice on my toe, which added to the discomfort. Love how my nails turned out! I saw Hannah and she was super detail oriented and made things everything was just right. This was my first time and I was really impressed. No weird smells, everything was clean. I think this will be my nail salon from now on. I got the more expensive gel manicure and the nail art was extra but to me I think it’s worth it.
