I have been a loyal client of Glow Lash for years, but my recent experiences under new management have been extremely disappointing. The female receptionist is consistently rude and speaks to clients in a demeaning manner, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. On my last visit, I respectfully expressed to her that I did not appreciate the way she was communicating with me, and I also mentioned that it felt tacky to pressure clients for tips. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she later sent me a text message asking me not to return to the establishment. As a long-standing customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, especially when providing honest feedback. I recently had my first experience here, as it was highly recommended by my coworker, and let me tell you —I couldn't be more happy with the results! I opted for a natural look, since it was my first time - and honestly -pretty damn amazed by how beautifully the extensions blends. Initially you must read and consent forms before they treat you, and they take their time explaining the different kinds of lashes offered. I felt very welcomed upon entry, the staff are sweet and really genuinely nice- not like other salons where the workers look miserable and treat you like a number. The technician Hailey was incredibly gentle and professional, making the entire experience soo comfortable-i fell asleep during the session!! Came in for a lash removal and a news set.. I did my eye lashes by them a week ago and was not happy with the length.. looked way to long.. despite the fact that I asked for natural length.. Came back after a week.. asked for lashes to be removed es and a new set.. was willing to pay for everything.. did not ask for a discount.. What they did.. left the old lashes.. some were burnt.. so I knew..how they look.. added few more.. lashes and sent me home.: same length,.. The whole process took one hour.. no other salon can remove eye lashes and put new set in one hour.. Absolutely terrible.. And politeness is not included in top of everything

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Was a loyal customer for two years UNTIL my last a final time it was my last straw. My lashes are so damaged from this place and the sets they gave me. Finally went somewhere else today and they insisted I grow my lashes out before applying any type of extensions. BEWARE lashes may look great by WILL DESTROY NATURAL LASH!!

Fantastic eyelash lift and tints and reasonably priced. Super relaxing music playing to set the ambiance, almost always fall asleep during treatment, I look forward to it it’s the most relaxing part of my day.
