This lovely, brightly-colored, joyous beauty space is Black-owned... aaaand it is THEE BEST, most beeeautiful and Beauty Supply Store, everrrrr!! 🤩 The owner and the staff are not only gorgeous, but knowledgeable, professional and kind. They're ALWAYS greeting customers and always looking happy and pleasant. I looove shopping at Glow + Flow!! It's the best Beauty Supply shopping experience I've had in DECADES💛💛💛 Glow+Flow has sooooo many wonderful Black-owned brands that I use (and that I'm GOING to use)!! The owner also has her own hair brand, 👑SLAYYY👑, which is top-tier, hands down... the BEST BRAIDING HAIR EVERRR!!💛💛💛 They always have what I need and they're always getting new, Black-owned brands and each time I try one, it's a hit!!💛 Brothas? I took my daughters here to stock up on hair products for their dance performances and the customer service was superb! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped us, but I got this sweet picture after our shopping spree. He was playing Tony! Toni! Tone! “Anniversary” when we walked in, so I already knew we chose right. Thanks for the memorable experience.

The beauty supply stock itself has a lot to offer but this review is based on my experience dealing with the one of the owners. I came in looking for clip-in extensions and was browsing the wall with different hair types (braiding hair, bundles, etc.). A male employee approached me and immediately asked if I was looking for a wig—without asking if I needed help or what I was shopping for. It felt like an unnecessary assumption and left me uncomfortable. I expected a more respectful, customer-centered approach. I won’t be returning.

They have an incredible selection of products. I absolutely love that it's really Black Owned. Not black ownish or black owned adjacent. The staff is super helpful and professional. I don't care if I have to pay more, It's my go-to supply store! But all in all the prices are great.

Great atmosphere and even better customer service. The ladies were friendly, patient and took their time to answer all my questions.
