GO TO THE NAIL SALON AT GLOUCESTER POINT BY BEALS. Glad we didn’t stay the lady was so rude to my niece because she had another appointment coming in yanked on her hand asked me if I forgot about the time kept leaving and talking to the other woman so we just left and then she threw her fake nail thing on the other table. Don’t need to deal with a nasty attitude towards a 14 year old. Place is completely empty and there’s a few employees sitting in the back. I understand why now.

I got nails put on with gel. I'd say the tech could have been gentler with my hands. Most of the time people get nails done/toes done, etc to relax and have a good time. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The nail techs normally smiles, makes conversation, etc. I've had better services in the past, the finesse wasn't there, also there not round like I requested, more square more like. I bumped my nail in the uv drying thing and she wasn't happy about it, she made a comment. She kept rushing me and was rough with my hands.I usually go to Hayes Nail Salon, which is great but I was near Starbucks so I decided to go in. Just not a fun experience for me. She seemed so rushed I didn't speak up about the shape.

I called earlier in the afternoon today about a gel manicure. I was told to come in at 4:15. I had to wait 30 mins after I arrived and the woman doing my manicure rushed the whole thing. I got a French gel manicure with black instead of white. The lines are crooked and there's bubbles in the gel. I will not come back here.

I’ve never had a salon mess up my nails this bad. They literally took off half my actual nail on the side and it’s not even covered by acrylic. You’ll see in the photos. Uneven, lumpy, not the right shape. I waited over an hour for this.

I got the most expensive pedicure and got home and my polish was not cured completely, I messaged them on Facebook and stated that I was going out of town and couldn’t come in to get it fixed. I asked if I could get free polish next time, not the pedicure but just the gel and they said no. I also got tips and had to file them myself at home because they were not square at all. I have never gotten such service at any other nail salon and I will not be returning
