Glossy Nail + Beauty Spa

Went in for the first time to get acrylic full set and pedicure with regular polish. Both the aesthetician and the owner were constantly trying to upsell me to the point or practically arguing with me that the upsold service was superior to my original selection, even though I had stated clearly my choices. If a business cannot stand by the quality of a service, it shouldn’t be on the menu. It is not okay to constantly pressure a customer, just so you can make a few more dollars. Why should I have to say no so many times?

This is probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I schedule an appointment for 2:30pm. This is not the first time that they’ve overbooked themselves or taken walk ins over appointments. I first got a gel pedicure and the nail tech gave me a very hard time about the color choice I wanted and the fact that I wanted gel. This made the pedicure go much much longer than it should have. Not wrapping up until 4pm, and she kept walking away to help other people. Then I got a dip manicure that Came out horrible. I said I needed to leave by 4:45pm or else l would leave and come back another time. They promised they could do that. I didn’t leave until 5pm and missed an important appointment. I went to Glossy Nail + Beauty Salon and had a fantastic pedicure by Nicole and then had a liquid gel refill done by Rose. It was a fantastic experience and their work is outstanding. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my nails were beautiful! Highly recommend Glossy Nails

A gel manicure took over an hour and a half.. the staff does a great job but I feel like management has too many people come it at once/doesn’t refuse service to anyone and it impacts the experience. Too expensive for overall quality and not worth the wait :(

I came here for the first time and I was so dissatisfied. I got a full set with gel. At first everything was going fine. I had Jessica and she had cut me on every single one of the nails with the file and while pushing back my cuticles with her nails. I started bleeding on my thumb that’s how bad it was. She did not drill my nails so they are all bumpy. Every single nail was uneven and I had to spend an hour reshaping them and making them look at least decent. I would not recommend.
